Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Benefits Specialist to join our team at AO Globe Life. In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs, provide expert advice on life insurance benefits, and guide them through the selection and implementation of tailored coverage options. You'll play a key role in helping individuals and families protect their financial well-being, while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their insurance and benefits requirements.
• Explain complex benefits packages, including life insurance policies, riders, and supplemental coverage.
• Assist in the application and enrollment process for benefits programs.
• Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to resolve client inquiries and claims.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and best practices.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for assessing client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust with clients.
• Proficiency with computer systems, databases, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain a life insurance license (we provide support for licensing).
