Wage: $35.35/hour + weekly & monthly incentives

In this role, youll report to the Maintenance Supervisor and Manager while working in a modern manufacturing environment. Youll be responsible for maintaining electrical systems, ensuring smooth plant operations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that maintain efficient and reliable production.

Responsibilities

• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to plan and execute electrical installations
• Install conduit, power distribution systems, lighting, and control devices such as relays, switches, and circuit breakers
• Assemble, connect, and verify circuit functionality using various test instruments
• Diagnose electrical and electronic issues, identify root causes, and complete effective repairs or replacements
• Provide electrical support for HVAC, communication, and safety systems
• Conduct scheduled Preventive and Predictive Maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
• Accurately log all maintenance activities and part usage within the SAP (CMMS) system
• Work both independently and as part of a maintenance team, collaborating closely with supervisors and colleagues
• Take initiative to identify and implement improvements that boost equipment reliability and production efficiency

Qualifications

• Valid Industrial Electrician Certificate of Qualification
• Completed Apprenticeship
• 5 years of hands-on experience as an Electrician (309 or 442A)
