Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable, organized, and caring individual to join our team as a Hiring & Onboarding / Scheduling & Office Support staff member.
This position plays an important dual role — leading recruitment and onboarding of caregivers while also supporting the office and scheduling team during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
• Support the scheduling team during peak times using AxisCare and Monday.com software.
• Answer phones and respond to client and caregiver inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with follow-up calls, documentation, and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and maintain service quality.

Qualifications:

• Previous HR, onboarding, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling or HR software.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required).
• This is not a remote position.
