The Saskatoon Farm is preparing for an exciting 2026 reopening and is seeking a highly skilled, professional, and detail-oriented Full-Time Boutique Sales Associate to join the Buffalo Room Boutique team. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Boutique Sales Associate will be a key part of shaping the relaunch of our boutique in 2026. You will handle customer engagement, styling, merchandising, inventory flow, and daily operations while helping to maintain the visual and experiential standards that define the Buffalo Room. Pre-opening preparation and setup will be included as part of the onboarding process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Experience & Styling
• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized customer service
• Assist guests with styling, fit guidance, and product recommendations
• Create an atmosphere where customers feel welcomed, supported, and inspired
Visual Merchandising & Presentation
• Maintain a clean, polished, and aesthetically cohesive environment
• Support seasonal resets, curated outfit storylines, and product launches
• Ensure product placement enhances flow, clarity, and visual appeal
Inventory & Operations
• Handle receiving, tagging, steaming, restocking, and stockroom organization
• Support opening/closing procedures, transactions, and guest inquiries
• Monitor product movement and communicate selling trends or needs
Professional Standards & Contribution
• Maintain consistent presentation and cleanliness throughout the boutique
• Collaborate with management and contribute ideas for improvement
• Uphold strong communication, teamwork, and professional standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 2 years of retail or boutique experience
• Strong styling ability and understanding of fit, trends, and product coordination
• Excellent communication with a professional, guest-focused presence
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and with a team
• Comfortable with the physical requirements of boutique operations

$16.00 – $18.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
