Position Summary

We are currently hiring a Rakerman/Luteman to join our paving crew for the remainder of the season. This role is hands-on and essential to ensuring high-quality paving finishes on our projects. For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to transition into year-round employment, including snow removal work through the winter.

Responsibilities

• Assist paving crew with raking, luting, and finishing asphalt
• Ensure proper compaction and surface quality
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
• Support general site duties as required

Qualifications

• Experience as a Rakerman/Luteman is an asset, but training can be provided
• Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Team-player attitude with willingness to pitch in where needed

Schedule

• Summer: 5 days a week (occasional weekend projects)
• Winter: Night Snow plowing opportunities for those seeking steady, year-round work
