About the RoleAre you hands-on, detail-oriented, and motivated to see a job well done? EBARA HG is seeking a Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be involved in the manufacturing of high-quality mixers and pumps that keep industries running worldwide.
You'll be working in a fast-paced shop environment where every day is different—reading blueprints, assisting skilled trades, balancing equipment, and making sure our products are ready to perform. If you take pride in craftsmanship and enjoy working with your hands, this could be the role for you.
What You'll DoRead and interpret assembly drawings, work orders, and safety procedures
Build shipping crates for pumps and mixers
Balance shafts and impellers
Support welders, painters, and other trades on the shop floor
Perform fit-up, grinding, and deburring operations
Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other shop equipment
Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized
Assist with painting, product testing, and general shop maintenance as needed
Minimum 2 years' manufacturing experience
High school diploma/GED required
Comfortable reading blueprints and technical documents
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience with spray painting equipment is an asset

Monday to Friday 2:30pm to 11:00pm
Training to occur on the day shift (6:00am to 2:30pm) for the first several weeks.
Full-time position: 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
