The Senior Business Analyst will report directly to the Director of Operations and provide support on strategic planning, analytics and cross-portfolio systems integration. This role will work closely with Finance, HR, and Facilities teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations for Finance, HR, Facilities, and IM teams to be used for both internal and external partners
- Analyze trends and performance metrics for operational decision support
- Lead process improvement and automation projects across organization
- Recommend system and process enhancements
- Coordinate IT/IM relationship with third party vendor and manage major tickets
- Support Facilities Supervisor, providing direction as needed
- Support Facilities team project management and planning
- Work in collaboration with Directors on QI portfolio and projects
- Monitor and evaluate EMR system, including planning for enhancements
- Lead digital health initiatives like AI Scribe or OAB etc
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline orcombination of education and technical experience
- 5+ years of experience in an Analyst role, supporting teams in community health or not-for-profit setting
- Evidence of innovative leadership and critical thinking skills
- Solid team player with ability work with flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills
- Experience driving QI initiatives and digital solutions
- Ability to analyze and share data across multiple platforms and to multiple stakeholder groups
- Proven cultural competence and commitment to health equity, with the ability to work with diverse populations
- Ability to maintain a positive, solution-focused approach when responding to conflicts or problems
