The Senior Business Analyst will report directly to the Director of Operations and provide support on strategic planning, analytics and cross-portfolio systems integration. This role will work closely with Finance, HR, and Facilities teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and data visualizations for Finance, HR, Facilities, and IM teams to be used for both internal and external partners
• Analyze trends and performance metrics for operational decision support
• Lead process improvement and automation projects across organization
• Recommend system and process enhancements
• Coordinate IT/IM relationship with third party vendor and manage major tickets
• Support Facilities Supervisor, providing direction as needed
• Support Facilities team project management and planning
• Work in collaboration with Directors on QI portfolio and projects
• Monitor and evaluate EMR system, including planning for enhancements
• Lead digital health initiatives like AI Scribe or OAB etc

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline orcombination of education and technical experience
• 5+ years of experience in an Analyst role, supporting teams in community health or not-for-profit setting
• Evidence of innovative leadership and critical thinking skills
• Solid team player with ability work with flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills
• Experience driving QI initiatives and digital solutions
• Ability to analyze and share data across multiple platforms and to multiple stakeholder groups
• Proven cultural competence and commitment to health equity, with the ability to work with diverse populations
• Ability to maintain a positive, solution-focused approach when responding to conflicts or problems
