General Accountability Statement:Titan is searching for a reliable, hardworking shop hand for our Grande Prairie location. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a mature and responsible attitude while carrying out a variety of physical activities in and around the shop and field operations as directed. Specific Responsibilities and Duties:

• Facility up-keep, maintenance, and organization, including general housekeeping duties.
• General maintenance of shop tools, equipment, yard, and vehicles.
• Assembly work that may require operating automated machinery and various power/hand tools.
• Prepare equipment for upcoming work.
• Load/unload trailers, towing trailers as required.
• Operate a skid steer to move equipment in and around the yard and field operations.
• Restocking shop consumables, picking up and delivering supplies to the field as needed.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and complete inspection reports in a timely manner.
• Lifting of equipment and tools required, up to 50lbs.
• Demonstrate a commitment and accountability to uphold Titan's strict safety standards.
• Perform other general labour duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License, with a clean driver's abstract with no major violations required (non-GDL).
• 3-5 years driving experience.
• Experience operating a skid steer and towing equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Related water pumping or oilfield experience considered an asset.
• H2S, CSO and First Aid tickets an asset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated focus on customer service and a strong commitment to uphold strict safety standards.
• Ability to stand, climb, bend, and lift up to 50lbs for extended periods of time.

Working Conditions:

• Successful candidates will be subject to a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Indoor in a shop environment and outdoors including extreme weather conditions.
• Physically demanding, including bending and heavy lifting.
• Exposure to noise, chemicals, fumes, dust and industrial chemicals.
• Travel is required.
