As our Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be the key architect of our reporting and modeling environment, responsible for turning chaotic streams of information into stunning analytical models and dynamic, actionable dashboards.

Your Mission (What You'll Be Driving):

• Data Architecture & Modeling: Design, build, deploy, and maintain robust BI solutions, focusing on creating and optimizing dimensional models and tabular models for enterprise reporting.
• Data Engineering: Master the development and execution of complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes using tools like SSIS to ensure optimized data storage and quality.
• Insight Generation: Integrate, cleanse, transform, and analyze data to develop beautiful, decision-making dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• System Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune existing BI systems and processes (including data marts and data warehouses) to ensure maximum performance and data integrity.
• Global Collaboration: Work closely with local and international teams to seamlessly integrate disparate data sources (like ERP systems) into the BI environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Translate business needs into technical specifications and effectively present your BI solutions to leadership and end-users.

The Tools in Your Toolbox (Skills & Qualifications):

We require a seasoned data enthusiast with a proven ability to deliver quantifiable results. The ideal candidate possesses deep experience with the following technologies:

• Database Mastery: Expert proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, MySQL) and comprehensive knowledge of data warehouse design principles, especially Dimensional Modeling.
• Microsoft BI Stack: Solid experience with SSIS (Integration Services), SSAS Tabular models, and advanced usage of the DAX language.
• Visualization Pro: Required experience includes 3+ years as an Analyst, 3+ years with Microsoft Power BI, and 2+ years with Tableau.
• Cloud & Data Management: Hands-on experience with Azure SQL (2+ years required) for data warehousing and familiarity with large-scale data processing.
• Financial Expertise: Proficiency in FICO (Financial Information Company) tools and analytical solutions is a mandatory requirement.
• ERP Knowledge: Understanding of Enterprise ERP systems (e.g., Navision, SAP) and their functional data interconnections.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to bridge technical concepts with business requirements.
• Education: BSc/BA/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years as a BI Developer/Analyst or Data Scientist.
