Requirements
What You'll Bring
- Customer Account Management: Communicate daily with customer accounts to support the Sales Manager in identifying issues and opportunities, Assist with account setup and maintenance, including Umbra merchandise items, sample requests, quotes, and vendor compliance. Review and investigate customer chargebacks, reporting findings to the Sales Manager.
- Develop Customer Presentations: Assist in creating product planograms, customized product programs, quotes and presentations for internal and customer meetings.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales and product performance reports using internal systems and customer POS data; support other administrative tasks as needed.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools; SAP knowledge is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Teamwork & Work Ethic: Resolve customer issues independently, meet strict deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a positive, adaptable attitude.
- Education: University/college degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience: 3+ years in sales coordination, administration, or similar roles with major CPG or online retailers (e.g., Walmart, Home Depot, Rona), with an interest in design, trends, and housewares.
