What You'll Do:

Customer Experience: Provide friendly, personalized service that reflects Progressive Auto Sales' commitment to honesty, transparency, and customer care.

Client Consultation: Understand clients' needs, preferences, and daily driving habits to recommend the right vehicles and features.

Sales Process Management: Guide clients seamlessly from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience.

Product Expertise: Stay updated on our inventory—features, pricing, financing options—to educate and support clients in their decision-making.

Relationship Building: Develop lasting client relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and after-sales support.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to contribute to a positive and cohesive dealership environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven success in sales and customer service, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client rapport.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive workplace culture.
  • OMVIC registration, or willingness to obtain it.
