Due to continued growth, we're expanding our Vancouver team and seeking a Consultant who has successfully taken client engagements from proposal to delivery, crafted compelling solutions, and presented insights that drive meaningful impact.

The Opportunity

This role is part strategist, part facilitator, part architect and very much hands-on. You'll collaborate directly with the Founder to design and deliver programs that strengthen leadership, culture, and performance across growing organizations.

You'll dig into diagnostics, interview leaders and teams , assess and translate data into insights, build frameworks, craft deliverables, and deliver recommendations that truly move the needle.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and co-facilitate client engagements: assessments, workshops, offsites, and strategy sessions.
  • Translate diagnostics, interviews, and data into clear, actionable recommendations. Develop proposals, scopes, executive briefs and client-ready presentations
  • Co-create and refine Peeple's proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Present insights to executive teams with confidence, clarity, and presence.
  • Support business development: contributing to thought leadership, case studies, and pitch content.
  • Build lasting relationships with founders and senior leaders as a trusted advisor.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 4 years in a business performance consulting organization, organizational development, leadership advisory, or related role.
  • Proven end-to-end consulting experience: proposal discovery analysis delivery follow-up.
  • Deep understanding of performance management, leadership development, culture, team effectiveness, and change-ready organizations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and written communication you can turn complexity into clarity.
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, comfortable with C-suite and management teams.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and visual-storytelling skills; you create clean, compelling deliverables.
  • A detail-driven, self-managing style you thrive in a small, entrepreneurial firm where you can shape the work.
  • Comfortable with psychometric assessments and/or diagnostic tools (Working Genius, DISC, StrengthsFinder, 360s)
