Digital Marketing Manager
Were looking for a Digital Manager to lead the digital and visual identity and design execution across REV Capital and Meritus Capital. This is a hands-on, senior-level design role for someone who thrives on balancing creativity with strategy transforming brand vision into compelling visual assets across digital, print, and web platforms.
Youll oversee all creative output for both brands, ensuring consistency, scalability, and impact. From campaign visuals and website design to sales decks and digital ads, youll bring a unified creative direction to every touchpoint. Youll also mentor and guide a junior designer, helping establish efficient workflows and maintain brand integrity across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Visual Design (40%)
- Design and produce assets for marketing campaigns, digital ads, social media, and email marketing.
- Develop web layouts, UI components, and landing pages aligned with each brands identity.
- Create pitch decks, presentations, and sales enablement materials that communicate complex ideas clearly.
Web & UI Design (30%)
- Lead the digital design for website updates, microsites, and digital experiences.
- Collaborate with web developers and RevOps on user interface components and functionality.
- Ensure all digital designs adhere to accessibility, usability, and mobile-responsiveness best practices.
Brand Systems & Templates (15%)
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring visual consistency across REV Capital and Meritus Capital.
- Develop reusable templates for social media, emails, presentations, and internal documents.
- Maintain a centralized brand library and asset archive.
Team Collaboration (15%)
- Manage and mentor a junior designer, providing feedback, creative direction, and workflow guidance.
- Partner with the Marketing team to translate business goals into creative concepts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with executives, content leads, and external vendors to ensure brand alignment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital or brand design.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a range of work across web, digital, and brand design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus).
- Knowledge in Webflow.
- Experience in UX/UI design, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience maintaining or building design systems for multi-brand organizations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have: Experience in digital ads on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google
