WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB?
Contract Administration:
- Manage supplier contract processes for both new and existing agreements, ensuring timely review, renewal, and compliance with established terms and deadlines.
- Negotiate contract entitlements that align with participant expectations while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Prepare and process purchase orders to complement executed agreements.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and ensure all contracts are fully executed and traceable.
- Support supplier qualification and vendor-of-record processes.
- Coordinate recurring business reviews with key suppliers, representing a significant portion of equipment service spend.
- Track and communicate supplier performance metrics, including scorecards and action items.
- Assist initiatives to strengthen supplier relationships and financial performance.
- Partner with internal teams to maintain compliance documentation, troubleshoot supplier issues, and implement process improvements.
- Provide backup support for data entry and service event management when required.
- Uphold high standards of accuracy, accountability, and responsiveness across all stakeholder interactions.
RequirementsWHAT DOES THE IDEAL CANDIDATE OFFER?Education & Training
- College diploma or equivalent experience in business administration, contract management, or supplier relations.
- Proven experience in contract administration, supplier relations, or a similar operational support role.
- Demonstrated professionalism and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare, procurement, or vendor management is an asset.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Analytical thinker capable of interpreting data, identifying issues, and proposing process improvements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams); experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI, and Adobe is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
