Customer Support Representative (Remote)
Compensation: $13$17 CAD per hour
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible)

Our team is growing, and were looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to join our support operations.
We operate in the EST timezone, and the role is fully remote.
About the Role
Were hiring a Customer Support Representative who can support our players, resolve issues quickly, and communicate clearly in English. This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, organized, and comfortable working in a compliance-focused environment.
Both part-time and full-time applicants are welcome.
What Youll Do
- Provide prompt, friendly player support via chat and email
- Manage and resolve support tickets through Jira Service Desk
- Troubleshoot account, payment, and technical issues
- Escalate cases when needed while maintaining ownership and follow-through
- Interpret policies accurately and offer clear solutions
- Work with internal teams (payments, product, operations) to resolve cases
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established workflows
- Contribute to a safe, fair, and positive gaming experience for all players
What Were Looking For
- Previous Customer Support experience (required)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- High attention to detail and strong judgment
- Ability to learn quickly and follow structured processes
- Reliable internet connection and professional communication
- Ability to work in or partially overlap with EST hours
Nice to Have
- Experience working in regulated industries (igaming, fintech, etc.)
- Familiarity with Jira Service Desk
- AML/KYC experience or exposure to compliance workflows
- Experience with payments, chargebacks, or identity verification processes
Compensation & Hours
- $13$17 CAD per hour, depending on experience
- Part-time or full-time options
- Flexible scheduling, with some EST overlap required
