Regional Project Manager
Responsibilities:

• Monitors the overall progress of the projects business at a high level
• Assists the Project/Construction managers when escalations are necessary.
• Develop Projects across all offices in BC in the electrical, mechanical and construction space.
• Manage, monitor and track workflow throughout Estimating, Design, Large Contracts, Special Projects, End User, Shop and Sites to ensure Peak performance and Maximum productivity is achieved.
• Alignment of workflow from division to division & team to team
• Enforce, maintain and refine processes and procedures.
• Ensure everyone has the required tools and resources needed to perform their duties.
• Consolidate feedback from all teams & divisions to maintain and forecast tools and resource needs.
• Review and finalize complex tenders.
• Ensure projects are executed and managed to maximize profits and minimize costs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Project Management and business leadership
• PMP would be an asset
• Experience managing a P&L
• Supporting profitability and growth in a busy industry
• Knowledge of the construction, electrical, fire, or mechanical industries
• Driven leader who is dedicated to work and supporting a growing business

Salary - 120-160,000 plus bonus
