Warehouse Associate - Inventory & Order Fulfillment

Fetchy, Toronto's best online pet store, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. Optional: Delivery-route shifts are available after the warehouse shift should the candidate be interested (completely voluntary)

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders from our online store with precision and efficiency
• Count and manage inventory accurately
• Put away new inventory in the designated locations
• Ensure the warehouse is organized and clean
• Lift and move items weighing 25+ pounds
• Maintain a fast-paced workflow to meet delivery deadlines

Work Hours:

• Must be able to work 5 or 6 shifts per week
• Open to taking on days throughout the weekend
• Work hours (must take 5 shifts minimum):
• • Monday: 11AM - 2:30PM
  • Tuesday: 11AM - 2:30PM
  • Wednesday: 8:30AM - 4:00PM
  • Thursday: 10AM - 2:30PM
  • Friday: 11AM - 2:30PM
  • Saturday: 11AM - 2:30PM
  • Sunday: 11AM - 2:30PM

• Additional work hours: If interested, the warehouse associate can also take on optional delivery routes after their warehouse shift (an additional 4–6 hours per day). This add-on is completely voluntary.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds consistently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for inventory management
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a warehouse worker or similar role
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong organizational and time management skills
