Were currently hiring a talented and motivated Automotive Window Tinter/Film Installer who takes pride in their craft and is passionate about delivering a WOW client experience. Key Responsibilities What Youll Be Doing

Install automotive window tint with precision, quality, and care
Perform tint removal, re-tinting, and corrective work when required
Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) and vinyl products (training provided if needed)
Prep vehicles and work surfaces to ensure flawless installs
Operate tinting and cutting tools safely, efficiently, and professionally
Document work orders and installation details accurately in our system
Communicate clearly with clientsexplaining product options, aftercare, and answering questions with confidence
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace and service vehicle
Respond to scheduled tinting jobs, in-shop and occasional mobile work as required

What Were Looking For in an Ideal Team Member

Proven experience in automotive window tinting (or similar hands-on film installation experience)
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Friendly, professional, and client-focusedyou are the face of our service
Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performing team environment
Reliable and punctualyour word matters
Physically capable of working on vehicles at various heights and lifting up to 50 lbs
Willingness to grow through our Paid Apprenticeship, Training & Tool Program
