About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established real estate law practice with a strong team of conveyancers and a reputation for excellence in property transactions. As they prepare to open a new branch office in Vancouver, they are seeking an experienced conveyancer who can work independently and manage conveyancing files with minimal supervision.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be an Intermediate Conveyancer fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, with proven experience handling real estate transactions. This role requires autonomy, professionalism, and proficiency in conveyancing software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential and commercial conveyancing files from start to finish with minimal oversight.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize ProSuite and EsiLaw for file management and accounting tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 23 years of conveyancing experience in a law firm setting.
- Proficiency in ProSuite and EsiLaw.
- Ability to work independently in a new office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
