Inside Sales Representative – Industrial Services

Location: Bolton, ON

Schedule: In-office, Monday to Friday (Full-Time)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Bolton office. This full-time, in-office role supports the Service Coordinator and is responsible for managing the full sales cycle of spare parts, from order intake through to delivery follow-up and client support. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving after-sales growth through efficient coordination, communication, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Order Management

  • Receive and process incoming spare parts orders
  • Prepare accurate, competitive quotes and manage follow-ups with customers
  • Track orders from submission through to delivery and resolve any discrepancies
  • Contact suppliers for pricing and delivery times
  • Handle reminders and follow-ups on pending quotes and open projects

Customer Relationship Management

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide product and technical information to support customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships via phone and email communication
  • Collaborate with service technicians and sales reps to ensure seamless service delivery

Administrative Coordination

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to sales, rentals, and procurement
  • Support the Service Coordinator with scheduling, materials follow-up, and internal documentation
  • Receive and verify incoming parts/materials and coordinate with relevant teams

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in technical inside sales or customer service, preferably in an industrial or mechanical setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP or similar ERP system is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
