Inside Sales Representative – Industrial Services
Location: Bolton, ON
Schedule: In-office, Monday to Friday (Full-Time)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Bolton office. This full-time, in-office role supports the Service Coordinator and is responsible for managing the full sales cycle of spare parts, from order intake through to delivery follow-up and client support. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving after-sales growth through efficient coordination, communication, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Order Management
- Receive and process incoming spare parts orders
- Prepare accurate, competitive quotes and manage follow-ups with customers
- Track orders from submission through to delivery and resolve any discrepancies
- Contact suppliers for pricing and delivery times
- Handle reminders and follow-ups on pending quotes and open projects
Customer Relationship Management
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide product and technical information to support customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships via phone and email communication
- Collaborate with service technicians and sales reps to ensure seamless service delivery
Administrative Coordination
- Assist with administrative tasks related to sales, rentals, and procurement
- Support the Service Coordinator with scheduling, materials follow-up, and internal documentation
- Receive and verify incoming parts/materials and coordinate with relevant teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in technical inside sales or customer service, preferably in an industrial or mechanical setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP or similar ERP system is an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
