Profession:Right of Way Professional Regina, SK
Our team is seeking a Right of Way professional who is a self-starter and naturally builds trust with their team and stakeholders during the land acquisition process. We are looking for a team-oriented problem solver with an enthusiasm for the energy industry. The successful candidate will immediately participate in the public engagement and the acquisition process on new and existing projects.
Responsibilities include
- Work side by side with senior agents to acquire land rights and negotiate fair compensation
- Secure permits and approvals while complying with regulations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with landowners, communities, and stakeholders
- Prepare and manage legal documents, maintain records, and ensure compliance
- Comply with environmental regulations and ethical practices
- Stay informed about market trends and assess potential risks
- Generate professional surface land and right of way documentation
- Provide a range of professional administrative support including project updates and tracking of project progression
- Prepare third-party agreements, notifications and consents

What we require
- Valid drivers license with clean driving abstract
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Tech Savvy and confident using digital tools for updates, mapping and project management systems (ie. Mapping/GIS , spreadsheets, emails etc.)
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook
What will set you apart
- 1-5 years Land acquisition/Land analyst experience in multiple industries
- Agriculture experience and/or knowledge
- Post-secondary education
- Commissioner for Oaths in and for the Province of Saskatchewan
- Active member ofIRWA or CALEP or working towards a designation.
