Within Canada, Pop-A-Lock currently operates in 28 markets across British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and the Maritimes. We are locally-owned, Canadian locksmith businesses, delivering a full range of services spanning 3 key areas – Commercial, Automotive and Residential. Pop-A-Lock is a full service mobile Locksmith.

What You'll Do

• Install, repair, and service mechanical locks, keys, and door hardware (closers, exit devices, hinges). Work with electronic access control devices (keypads, card readers, electric strikes, magnetic locks).
• Troubleshoot and maintain automatic door operators and related integrated security systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, providing expert solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and security recommendations.

Who We're Looking For

• Locksmiths & Door Technicians with experience in commercial, residential or automotive experience.
• Junior Technicians with strong mechanical aptitude, eager to learn. Trades background in electrical work, data wiring, carpentry, glazing, or auto mechanics are a plus!

Must-Haves

• Ability to work with various tools & equipment
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow up.
• Valid Ontario G-Level driver's license (with a clean driving record)
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Clean criminal background check.
• Willingness to do occasional after-hours urgent/emergency work, if required
• Live in York Region or surrounding areas.
• Post secondary education in a related technical field is a plus!
