Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides trauma-informed nursing care to clients within Correctional Health Services. This role involves direct healthcare for physical and mental health needs, including concurrent psychiatric and substance use disorders. Responsibilities include assessments, administering treatments and medications, and documenting progress. The LPN also provides health education, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and ensures a safe environment, all guided by a Trauma-Informed Care Framework and an Indigenous Cultural lens.
Pay rate :43-48CAD/hr
