What You'll Do:
  • Lead and coach a dynamic service team in a unionized environment
  • Develop strategic priorities and manage budgets for Service & Mobile Departments
  • Drive financial performance: productivity, efficiency, revenue, and profit margins
  • Build lasting customer relationships and actively market service offerings
  • Oversee recruiting, hiring, and performance reviews for shop personnel
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain 5S excellence
  • Stay ahead of tech advancements and manage shop tools and equipment
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience managing a large truck dealership service department
  • Strong leadership with a collaborative, coaching approach
  • Exceptional technical knowledge of heavy trucks (Freightliner & Western Star preferred)
  • Experience in a unionized environment
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working within a busy, high volume service department
  • Must have prior management experience
