JOB TITLE: Customer Service Agent/Outbound Inside Sales Agent (Spanish Bilingual)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative/Outbound Inside Sales Agent with a background in the financial services industry to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in engaging potential clients through outbound calls, with a focus on both English and Spanish-speaking markets. You will also manage existing Spanish speaking clients by handling their updates and their inquiries. Your strong communication skills and industry knowledge will help in building relationships, addressing client needs, qualifying leads.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to existing clients to give them an update on the status of their account
Handle inbound inquiries from existing clients
Conduct outbound calls to referrals that are looking for the service, with a focus on the financial services sector, primarily in the Spanish-speaking market.
Present our financial services products, highlighting their benefits to potential clients.
Build rapport with prospects, understand their financial needs, and identify solutions we offer that align with those needs.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and outcomes in our CRM system.
Meet and exceed call volume and lead generation targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
Job Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Proven experience in customer service and insides sales within the financial services industry is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
A goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Ability to handle objections and client concerns professionally and persistently.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in general computer skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
