The Role:
- Manage current customer maintenance and project needs, and anticipate future requirements
- Develop and manage new customer relationships
- Plan and manage projects
- Prepare job tool lists, coordinate site equipment, and manage subcontractors
- Attend job walks and project launch meetings with customers and maintenance teams to ensure effective project launches
- Respond to customer inquiries, breakdowns, and manpower support requests
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- 3-5 years of mechanical project management experience in a multi-trade environment (i.e. millwrighting, electrical, fabrication, equipment relocation, pipe fitting)
- Valid driver's licence with a clean record
- Willing to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario
- Open to learning new software and mobile applications
- Competent with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience using CRM tools
- Ideal candidate is a licensed millwright, although not a requirement
