About The Role
Foss National Leasing is currently hiring a Contract Marketing Intern at our Markham Office. This position is ideal for a university/coop student, or recent graduate looking for an internship position. This is an initial 3-5 month contract, with the opportunity to extend. This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in an open and proactive marketing and sales environment.
What We're Looking For
• Editing photos and assisting the marketing team with visual content and photos.
• Conducting data cleanup in HubSpot to ensure CRM accuracy and reliability.
• Organizing and maintaining sales support files for improved accessibility
• Be a part of the social committee to work together on internal events.
• Assist with maintenance of website content.
• Assist in day-to-day operations relating to marketing and social media.
• Develop and improve internal and external content, and announcements.
• Assist in marketing material ordering/emailing translation requests.
• Document conversions and design support.
• Monitoring social media trends and partner/association channels.
• Identify new opportunities for social media content and support with content creation.
• Salesforce & HubSpot assistance as needed.
What You'll Bring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Up to 1 year marketing experience or current enrollment in a relevant college/university program.
• Outgoing, with great interpersonal skills, and willing to lend a helping hand.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Driven and loves to learn.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Adobe Suite, Salesforce and HubSpot is an asset.
