Experienced Foreman

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Experienced Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, the ability to supervise a team, and a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations on the shop floor.
• Lead, train, and motivate fabrication team members.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Allocate resources, schedule workloads, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in metal fabrication.
• Previous supervisory or foreman experience required.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication tools, equipment, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
