• Provide reliable, high-quality service to ensure community health and safety.
• Follow company policies, safety regulations, municipal by-laws, and environmental standards.
• Work 44 hours/week with flexible hours, including occasional holidays and Saturdays.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Demonstrate teamwork, strong communication, and customer service skills.
• Be energetic, productive, and safety-conscious.
