TIG Welder Fitter Location: North York, ON
Shift: Monday–Thursday (6:00 AM – 3:00 AM), Friday (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Perform TIG welding on various metal components with high accuracy.
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal structures according to specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Operate and maintain welding tools and equipment safely.
• Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment as needed.
• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of TIG welding and fitting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills.
• Proficient in TIG setup, adjustment, and maintenance.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Team player with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Physically capable of working in various positions and environments.

Education & Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Welding certification preferred (TIG or related).
