Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple media production projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with various teams (creative, technical, and finance) to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback throughout the production process.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to handle potential project issues effectively.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and industry standards during the production process.
• Foster a positive working environment that encourages team collaboration and creative thinking.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desired Experience

• Previous experience in project management, preferably within the media production or entertainment industry.
