As proSapient continues to expand globally, we're looking for an Associate Vice President (AVP) to join our Private Equity business unit and help drive continued growth across our PE client base in the Americas. The role focuses on leading a team of high performing individuals to connect our PE clients to subject matter experts across the globe, using KPI's and delivery metrics to unlock revenue growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll partner closely with our clients, lead dynamic teams, and drive strategic initiatives that fuel account growth. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong commercial instincts, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to inspire teams toward operational excellence.
The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Account Management
- Manage a roster of key Private Equity clients with precision and attention to detail.
- Oversee multiple client workflows, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and at the highest standard.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Serve as a consultative partner who anticipates client needs and provides solutions that enhance value.
- Partner with Commercial teams to identify and capture growth opportunities.
- Partner with the Commercial Department to identify new business opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Support quarterly and annual planning for your client portfolio, driving innovation and client satisfaction.
- Leverage proSapient's full product suite to create cross-selling opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Strategic Execution & Team Leadership
- Translate business strategy into actionable plans that drive results.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams through effective coaching and communication.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client-first delivery.
- Set clear objectives aligned with company strategy and empower your team to achieve them.
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to line managers, enhancing their people, client, and delivery skills.
- Collaborate with People & Talent teams on hiring, promotions, performance management, and succession planning.
- Foster a high-performance culture that celebrates excellence and encourages continuous learning.
- Project Management & Operational Excellence
- Ensure outstanding project delivery by setting and tracking KPIs that drive revenue and client impact.
- Regularly audit projects and identify areas for improvement.
- Champion new technology and process innovations within your team to boost efficiency and performance.
Requirements
The key experience needed for this role includes:
- A minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery focused role, with demonstrated success of driving delivery & revenue led teams
- Strong experience working in a KPI or target led environment, with proven success achieving on delivery metrics
- Solid experience working with or for Private Equity firms, with a current knowledge of the industry and active relationships
- Previous experience in, or exposure to, Expert Networks or in a relevant market would be highly beneficial to the role
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to drive revenue, manage complex client relationships, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep understanding of private equity, consulting, or professional services industries.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
