Stockroom Clerk

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading incoming deliveries and verifying material against packing slips
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Move material to designated storage areas and ensure they are properly put away

Stockroom Organization

• Keep stockroom organized , clean ,and free of clutter
• Monitor inventory levels and advise when supplies need to be replenished

Inventory Control

• Help maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist in cycle counts
• Ensure all materials are properly identified and easily accessible
• Periodically help in the crating dept

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse , stockroom , or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50lbs safely
• Forklift experience an asset (Training can be Provided )
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable , punctual , and able to work well independently or as a part of a team
• Basic understanding of inventory practices and safety procedures
