Door-to-Door Appointment Setter

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and confident Door-to-Door Appointment Setter to join our growing outreach team. In this role, you will represent our company in local neighborhoods, engaging homeowners in friendly, professional conversations and booking qualified appointments for our partner network.

This position is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy working independently, communicating face-to-face, and being rewarded directly for their results. It's a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential — the harder you work, the more you earn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person outreach by knocking on doors within assigned neighbourhoods.
• Engage homeowners using a short, proven conversational script to gauge interest.
• Qualify interested homeowners and schedule confirmed appointments for our partners.
• Record and track daily metrics, including doors knocked, conversations, and booked appointments.
• Communicate appointment details accurately to your team lead or coordinator.
• Represent our brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity at all times.
• Continuously improve your delivery and objection handling through training and feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging new people daily.
• Previous experience in door-to-door sales, customer service, or canvassing is an asset but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your own schedule.
• Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in Canada.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with no income cap. Compensation is based on the number of confirmed appointments you generate. Top performers regularly earn $1,000–$2,500+ per week, depending on effort and consistency. Training and all materials are provided.
