Journeyman & Apprentice Electrician

Com-Teck Electric Inc. is looking for experienced Journeyman and Apprentice Commercial

Electricians for our ongoing projects with in the Edmonton area.

Electrician Job Responsibilities :

- Read and interpret blue prints & Specifications.

- Manage & mentor apprentice electricians.

- Trouble shoot electrical and mechanical equipment.

- Stay apprised to revisions of the Canadian electrical code (CEC) and other relevant legislation, building and safety regulations.

Electrical qualifications/skills

- Install EMT, Rigid metal & PVC conduits indoor and out door of commercial buildings.

- Pre-plan, material take off's & material orders.

- Communication with other skilled trades (GC's), designers & Clients.

- Use electrical testing equipment and hand tools.

- Ability to work well individually and as part of the team.

Education, Experience & licensing Requirements:

- Journeyman Electrician certification, or Apprenticeship Blue Book.

- Drivers License

Work Hours :

- Monday - Friday 7:00 Am to 4:15 PM.

- After hours / weekend work available & (Optional)
