Twin Motors The Pas has an immediate opening for an experienced Service Advisor to join our successful dealership. Summary:

A Service Advisor connects customers with the service department in a dealership. They assess vehicle concerns, suggest repairs or maintenance, and coordinate with technicians. The role requires strong communication, automotive knowledge, and excellent customer service. This position pays $22-26 per hour PLUS Commission, depending on experience.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and inquiries related to vehicle servicing.

  • Consulting with automotive technicians regarding required repairs and or maintenance work and providing repair options to our clients.

  • Determining and recommending maintenance based on age, mileage and history of a vehicle.

  • Scheduling service and repair appointments.

  • Acting as liaison between customers and technicians and managing the status of work orders.

  • Operating computerized work order systems.

  • Monitoring the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and updating customers.

  • Communicating with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Explaining all completed work and charges to customers.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager

  • High attention to detail and comfort in using technology for most day-to-day functions

  • A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization

  • Valid Driver's License(MANDITORY)

  • Previous automotive service is considered an asset
