Warehouse Supervisor
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. This role leads a team of warehouse associates, maintains inventory accuracy, and upholds safety and quality standards. Based in Surrey/Langley area.
Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper documentation and system updates.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with 2+ year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Salary in the mid 70,000 range plus bonus.
