Developmental Support Worker

their home and community?

Support Worker within Adult Living Group Home Programs focusing on establishing life skills,
independence and supporting community integration daily for all our adults.
Candidate must possess the following:
- Good working knowledge of Quality Assurance Measures
- Good working knowledge and ability to write Daily Logs using Microsoft Word
- Team Player
- Must be able to lift more than 25 lbs.

- Must be able to support Service Users in their day-to-day care by assisting in showering, toileting, meal
preparation, community events
- Must enjoy the outdoors and learning about our community in Stratford
- Must have proof of COVID vaccination
- Must have current CPR and First Aid
- Must be able to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check along with a Police Check
- Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Valid Health Insurance and/or Ontario Health Card
Job Type: Full-time Permanent, Part Time/Relief available
Pay: From $20.00 per hour

 All locations are in Stratford, Ontario and position is in person.
 Candidate must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
 supportive care: 1 year (preferred)
Education
 PSW/DSW Certification
