As a founding product manager, you will manage the design/rollout of new features, product experiments, customer surveys and interviews, and be deeply engrained in the overall growth and acceleration of the product by executing on our roadmap with precision and speed.

This is the perfect role for someone that is hungry to make real impact at a growth-stage company. This is a hands-on position where you'll be responsible for the full product lifecycle and be able to impact thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Planning & Strategy

  • Partner with the founders to define and evolve the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals
  • Clarify and refine the next evolution of the product, translating big-picture direction into an actionable roadmap
  • Build and maintain product frameworks and planning systems that support short-, mid-, and long-term goals
  • Drive prioritization across competing initiatives by balancing user value, business impact, and technical constraints
  • Serve as the connective link between founders, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and clarity

Product Roadmap & Execution

  • Own the organization and execution of the product roadmap
  • Translate vision and user needs into clear, detailed product specifications and PRDs for engineering
  • Manage release planning, dependencies, and coordination across the product team
  • Work closely with the existing PM to ensure smooth collaboration and shared accountability for delivery

Customer Research & Analysis

  • Conduct customer interviews and discovery to uncover user needs and pain points
  • Synthesize customer insights from multiple channels to inform roadmap decisions
  • Analyze product usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Balance qualitative insights and quantitative data to guide prioritization and decision-making

Experimentation & Measurement

  • Design and run experiments to validate product ideas and reduce risk before scaling
  • Break down large initiatives into small, testable iterations
  • Define and track product success metrics for performance, engagement, and adoption
  • Communicate learnings to founders and the broader team to inform ongoing strategy

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience with clear demonstration of ownership and impact
  • Experience turning customer insights and business needs into technical specifications for engineering teams
  • Experience as a PM in a B2B SaaS or marketplace product
  • Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or similar analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple roadmap priorities
  • Skilled at balancing strategic direction with day-to-day execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Able to work effectively in PST hours and thrive in a remote, asynchronous environment

Not mandatory, but highly valued:

  • Experience working on products in the social media and influencer marketing space
  • Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams
  • UI/UX design sensibility or experience collaborating deeply with design
  • Personal or side projects that demonstrate product thinking and initiative
  • Previous experience with two-sided marketplaces
