Early Childhood Educators Wanted! Are you passionate about Montessori education and dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of young children? Red Deer Montessori and Bright Beginnings, are Montessori focused preschools and daycares, is seeking dynamic and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our growing and supportive team!

Full-Time: 2 full-time positions available
Start Date: November 10th, 2025

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Montessori principles and practices to create an enriching and nurturing learning environment
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that encourage independence, creativity, and critical thinking
- Observe and assess children's development, keeping detailed records of their progress
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Collaborate with other educators to create an engaging and supportive classroom atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's growth and development
Qualifications/Requirements:
- ECE I, II or III Montessori certification an asset or willingness to pursue certification
- Experience working in a Montessori or similar early childhood educational setting
- Ready, willing and able to work 40 hours a week
- Strong understanding of child development and Montessori theory
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- A genuine passion for fostering a child's love of learning and independence
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students, including those with special education requirements
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- A current criminal record check with vulnerable sector
