Title: Marketing Manager, Acquisition
Type: Contract (12 months, with possible extension or full-time conversion)
Schedule: Full-time, hybrid (3–4 days in office weekly, 37.5 hrs/week)

Hourly rate: up to $45.50 T4
This position focuses on managing acquisition marketing campaigns from strategy to execution. The Marketing Manager oversees go-to-market plans, creative development, compliance reviews, reporting, and budget management. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can balance multiple projects while maintaining accuracy, alignment, and strong communication across teams and stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIESProject Support & Execution (25%)
Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects and ensure all deliverables are on time and aligned with strategic goals.
Develop timelines and coordinate across teams for successful campaign launches.
Oversee end-to-end go-to-market planning and implementation.
Executional Marketing Tasks (25%)
Support creative and media execution, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to bring campaigns to market.
Ensure marketing assets align with briefs and business objectives.
Creative & Compliance (20%)
Review and vet creative concepts for compliance and legal requirements.
Oversee translation accuracy and ensure all assets meet internal standards.
Manage trafficking, approvals, and detailed project tracking reports.
Stakeholder Management (10%)
Act as a liaison between internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
Build strong relationships to influence decisions and maintain cross-functional alignment.
Provide timely updates and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Reporting & Analysis (10%)
Produce monthly performance reports and leadership presentations.
Track campaign KPIs, assess results, and support optimization efforts.
Budget Management (10%)
Manage and reconcile marketing budgets, including forecasting and variance tracking.
Submit regular financial reports and support incentive budget planning.
Minimum 3 years in a marketing role, ideally within financial services or a regulated industry.
Proven experience managing marketing budgets, timelines, and performance reporting.
Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
Hands-on experience collaborating with creative and media agencies.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong proficiency in reporting, tracking KPIs, and working with performance data.
Comfortable building decks, managing marketing workflows, and using project tracking tools.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Education
Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline preferred.
