Job Title: Pick & Pack Assistant
Location: Near Kennedy Rd & Secretariat, Mississauga, ON
Pay Rate:

• Training Period (Afternoon Shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM): $18.20/hour
• Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, starting Nov 10–Dec 10): $19.20/hour

Employment Type: Temporary (Nov 4 – Dec 10, with potential extension)
About the Role
Fuze HR is currently hiring a Pick & Pack Assistant to join a dynamic warehouse team specializing in premium tech accessories. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, detail-oriented work and thrive in a fast-paced production and fulfillment environment.
Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products from daily order lists into envelopes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring packages are sealed and meet courier standards.
• Sort, label, and batch orders correctly for dispatch.
• Create and process shipping documentation using courier platforms.
• Follow all SOPs related to picking, processing, labeling, and shipping orders.
• Handle returns, sort products, and process according to company standards.
• Maintain quality control and uphold a clean, organized workstation.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with good communication and reading comprehension skills.
• Basic computer literacy (Google Sheets or equivalent).
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions.
• Flexible to work night shifts and occasional overtime if needed.

Working Conditions

• Light to medium physical work (standing, walking, light lifting).
• Mild vinyl scent; may encounter some dust when handling boxes.
• Warehouse is generally cool—wear layered clothing or a hoodie.
