We're hiring for a full-time Strategic Account Executive in Windsor!

- Competitive base salary ($55K–$65K) plus uncapped commission
- Full-time, permanent position
- Hybrid/field-based role – valid G license and reliable vehicle required
- Growth opportunities with a driven company
- Develop and execute a territory plan to target, secure, and grow key enterprise accounts
- Lead full-cycle B2B sales from prospecting to negotiation and close
- Present and sell Total Facilities Management (TFM) solutions including janitorial, security, and building envelope services
- Communicate ABM's innovative use of AI and robotics for predictive maintenance, route optimization, and operational efficiency
- Manage complex RFPs and conduct high-level presentations to C-suite decision makers
- Maintain and utilize Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Act as a market expert by identifying trends, competitive activity, and new opportunities in the Windsor-Essex region
- Minimum 5 years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven record of securing and managing large or multi-site accounts
- Formal training in SPIN Selling and/or NEPQ (Neuro-Emotional Persuasion Questioning)
- Strong understanding of Total Facilities Management (TFM) or integrated service solutions
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and data-driven sales reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive-level clients
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Valid G-class driver's license and reliable vehicle
