Job Title: Finishing Associate
Location: Near Kennedy Rd & Secretariat, Mississauga, ONPay Rate: $18.10 per hourShift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PMEmployment Type: Temporary (November 4th – 14th, with possible extension)
About the RoleFuze HR is currently seeking Finishing Associates to join our client's production team in Mississauga. This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities

• Remove cutouts from vinyl materials based on instructions specific to each device.
• Sort and sleeve materials by device type and place them in designated bins.
• Inspect units for minor feature differences to ensure accurate organization.
• Handle materials carefully to avoid bends, folds, or creases.
• Discard damaged or defective items (scratches, tears, smudges) following company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Perform additional finishing or light production duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

• Light work environment.
• Mild vinyl scent.
• Warehouse is generally cool — a hoodie or zip-up is recommended.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, assembly, or finishing work is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality.
• Comfortable working in a cool indoor environment.
