Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join the team of a Transportation company in Etobicoke, ON. Pay: $23.00/hour Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Responsibilities: - Driver check in/out - Managing shipping paperwork and verifying shipping details - Planning and coordinating inbound/outbound shipments and resolving discrepancies - Communicating with carriers/drivers regarding updates - Maintaining accurate records/documentation - Other duties as required Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator or similar role doing dispatch, shipping/receiving, or warehouse coordination - Understanding of freight requirements, shipping procedures, and courier coordination - Experience with WMS/TMS systems - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - High attention to detail/accuracy - Strong ability to multi-task - Able to work full-time Monday to Friday Apply now!
