DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDrive New Business Growth
- Generate and close net-new B2B opportunities across Western Canada — no existing account portfolio
- Sell integrated communication and security solutions, including two-way radio, access control, surveillance, AV, and wireless infrastructure
- Consistently exceed targets through proactive pipeline development and disciplined follow-up
- Build C-suite and stakeholder relationships that position Tridon as a trusted integration partner
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing high-value deals
- Strategically expand existing accounts and secure multi-unit or multi-location opportunities
Hunt, Close & Grow
- Aggressively pursue opportunities in two-way radio systems (Motorola, Icom, etc.), security, and AV integration projects
- Build influential relationships with senior decision-makers, procurement teams, and industry partners
- Position Tridon as the go-to provider for end-to-end communications, security, and technology integration
- Collaborate with internal engineering, project management, and technical teams to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction
- Translate customer challenges into actionable solutions that deliver measurable ROI
Deliver Consultative, Value-Based Solutions
- Conduct detailed needs assessments and translate technical requirements into actionable proposals
- Collaborate with technical experts to design high-value, scalable solutions that deliver measurable ROI
- Lead executive-level presentations that communicate integration value and business outcomes
- Structure, negotiate, and close complex multi-site or enterprise-level deals
Operate with Precision
- Maintain disciplined CRM activity, accurate forecasting, and pipeline accountability
- Stay ahead of competitors through continuous learning and market intelligence
- Represent Tridon with professionalism, urgency, and unwavering integrity in every client interaction
- Stay ahead of competitors by mastering new product offerings, technologies, and industry trends
- Confidently articulate Tridon's value proposition across diverse business environments
- Represent the Tridon brand with professionalism, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence
- Minimum of ten (10) years of proven success in B2B sales within telecom, security systems, AV integration, or wireless communications
- Demonstrated ability to build a client base from scratch and close seven-figure deals
- Demonstrated ability to win new business and manage enterprise-level accounts
- Knowledge of service and maintenance contract sales to support recurring revenue growth
- Minimum of two (2) years of post-secondary education required
- Experience selling to management and executive-level decision-makers
- Valid driver's license, clean driving abstract, and reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Must successfully complete background and motor vehicle checks.
- Must be able to travel 40% of the time

- Competitive Base Salary starting at $85,000 + Commission Structure (make up to $200,000+)
