Job Title: Office Administrator (On-Site)
Location: Mississauga, ON
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: Hourly wage, 40 hours a week
We're looking for a reliable and detail-driven Office Administrator. In this role, you'll handle a range of internal coordination tasks, system updates, and cross-departmental support functions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, and have strong administrative skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
· Maintain and update internal records across multiple systems and platforms
· Support document preparation and ensure timely execution of key paperwork
· Track and follow up on time-sensitive internal processes
· Coordinate schedules, maintain digital filing systems, and support various teams with day-to-day tasks
· Liaise with multiple departments to help resolve administrative issues and streamline operations
· Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
· 1+ year of experience in a detail-focused administrative role
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· High level of accuracy, especially when working with data and documents
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks under pressure
Other details:
- 10 am till 6pm, Monday to Friday
- Location: Mississauga
