Sales Coordinator

Your responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will directly impact client satisfaction and the success of our Sales team.
This role is critical to Longboard's future success as Sales Coordinators help drive the customer experience that sets Longboard apart in the market, centered around Radical Client Care.

What You Will Do:
- Actively seek to understand client needs and action them seamlessly driving a positive and repeatable customer experience
- Supporting the Sales Team in uncovering and capturing new opportunities to grow the business
- Review and qualify incoming leads, identifying high-potential opportunities.
- Serve as the primary responder for all inbound phone calls, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Manage and respond to online chat inquiries, providing accurate product information and routing leads where needed.
- Monitor and respond to messages submitted through our info email system.
- Enter and maintain accurate contact and lead information in Nutshell CRM.
- Participate in monthly inside sales team meetings to stay aligned with company goals and product knowledge.
- Attend weekly or biweekly one-on-one meetings with your manager for coaching, feedback, and development.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer support and/or inside sales
- Confidence on the phone and in online communications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple requests
- Comfort with CRM platforms (Nutshell experience a plus) and email ticketing systems like Zendesk
- High attention to detail, especially when entering data and processing client requests
- A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client experience
