Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Salary: $100,000–$110,000/annually

Job Overview:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, staffing, and workflow efficiency. They will implement safety and productivity standards, develop warehouse procedures, and lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily warehouse operations
- Supervise and mentor hourly employees
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures
- Meet with team leads to monitor productivity and resolve issues
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
- Communicate with internal departments to support operational needs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing hourly warehouse staff
- Valid forklift license
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating and enforcing operational procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Visual Enterprise (ERP) is an asset (training provided if needed)
