Inside Sales Agent (Full-Time) — Durham Region

We're looking for a driven, organized, and results-oriented Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our high-performance real estate team in the Durham Region.

This is a full-time, in-office position (35 hours/week) for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and takes pride in achieving measurable results.

About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for many of our leads — managing both inbound and outbound calls, qualifying prospects, following up consistently, and booking appointments for our sales team.

You'll play a key role in converting new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.

This position is ideal for someone who's hungry for growth and eager to take ownership of a department that will continue to expand over time.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $52,000 per year
  • Bonuses and performance incentives based on results

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism
  • Qualify and convert buyer and seller leads into appointments
  • Consistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement and build trust
  • Manage CRM records and track daily performance metrics
  • Follow structured scripts and objection-handling techniques
  • Support the sales team by ensuring leads are ready and well-prepared for appointments
